Set in the heart of Tulum’s verdant jungle, Casa Connor is a newly built, single-level villa designed exclusively for two, for which Borzalino’s design unit took care of all the interior design.
Located in a private compound near the Caribbean Sea, this architectural gem provides seamless indoor-outdoor living continuity while offering a secluded retreat with absolute comfort.
The heart of Casa Connor is its spacious living room, anchored by the award-winning Connor Sofa, recipient of the Archiproducts Design Award 2024. Customized for this project, the six-seater features a sleek integrated marble table in Oyster White, marrying functionality and elegance.
The living room opens onto a private garden with a pool, inviting the warm Tulum breeze inside. Borzalino furnished both the open-plan dining area, kitchen and master suite maintaining continuity with the living space.
Casa Connor’s design palette reflects the landscape: sandy beiges, warm ochres, and earthy sienna tones paired with natural woods, hammered glass, and porous stones. The result is an elegant yet welcoming ambiance that mirrors the rustle of leaves and the play of sunlight on the jungle canopy.
